Bolaget är generalagent för Rolls-Royce Power Systems och arbetar exklusivt med deras produktutbud, där motormärket MTU är i fokus. Verksamheten omfattar service, renovering och installation av motorer inom bland annat marin framdrivning, reservkraft och kritisk infrastruktur såsom försvar, sjukvård, telekommunikation och energiförsörjning. De är en del av norska Bertel O. Steen-koncernen, vilket innebär att de kombinerar flexibiliteten och de korta beslutsvägarna hos ett mindre företag med tryggheten av att tillhöra en stabil och växande koncern. I Sverige utgår arbetet från en modern och mycket välutrustad verkstad i Jordbro, samtidigt som samarbetet inom Norden är tätt och utvecklande. Om tjänstenSom Resande Servicetekniker har du en varierad och praktiskt orienterad roll där resor och övernattningar är en naturlig del av arbetet. Du utgår från verkstaden i Jordbro men arbetar till stor del ute hos kund runt om i Sverige, och vid behov även i Norden. Arbetet innebär service, felsökning och reparation av motorer ute på fält samt komponentbyten och tekniskt arbete. När du inte arbetar ute deltar du i verkstadsarbete där helrenovering och större arbeten på motorer genomförs. Du erbjuds en gedigen onboarding samt återkommande utbildningar i företagets egna utbildningscenter, där du får både motor- och elutbildning. All specifik produktutbildning ingår i tjänsten. Du erbjuds också goda förmåner, betalda resor samt generösa utetillägg. I många fall har du möjlighet att själv påverka om du vill resa, arbeta övertid eller helg. Vi söker dig somhar praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta med motorer. Det spelar ingen roll vilken typ av motorer – personbil, lastbil, entreprenadmaskin, marin eller motorer du arbetat med på fritiden. Det viktiga är att du har skruvat, felsökt och arbetat mekaniskt med motorer tidigare. är tekniskt nyfiken, självgående och har ett genuint intresse för mekanik. trivs med ett rörligt arbete, är flexibel och har inga problem med att resa i tjänsten. Du har god fysik och är bekväm med att arbeta i varierande miljöer. Talar flytande svenska och har grundläggande kunskaper i engelska.
