The posting

Grand Travel Group startade 2011, omsätter ca 200 msek och är en fullserviceresebyrå med 20 anställda. Vi arbetar inom fyra affärsområden: Idrottsförbund, Grupp & Event, Kongress och Affärsresor. Vi har avtal med ca 50 idrottsförbund och Sveriges Olympiska Kommitté där vi bokar de aktivas resor världen över. Vi samarbetar även med elitklubbar och föreningar över hela landet. Vi har två kontor i Stockholm, Solna samt Idrottens hus, plus ett kontor i Göteborg, samtliga med erfaren personal där individens trivsel och ansvarskänsla är prioriterad. Vi söker nu en vass Reseproducent! För att lyckas i rollen som Reseproducent hos oss ser vi följande kunskaper och meriter: -Djup och lång kunskap av Amadeus flygbokningssystem. -Flera års erfarenhet av arbete som projektledare inom grupp och/eller som affärsresesäljare. -Kunskap i Linkonline samt Officepaketet. -Vana av att arbete i faktureringssystem samt diverse hotell och hyrbilsportaler. -Kunskap av Qondor, Trippus, Touchdown är mycket meriterande. -Flytande svenska samt engelska i tal och skrift.

Vi vet att det personliga är en av våra framgångsfaktorer! Vem är du? För att lyckas med rollen bör du ha några års erfarenhet av liknande tjänst där du bokat grupper samt affärskunder. Du gillar kundkontakt och är kommunikativ i tal och skrift. Du är en lagspelare men kan arbeta helt självständigt när det krävs. Du kan prioritera och koordinera bokningarna. Som kollega är du flexibel och hjälpsam. Vi är ett lag framförallt! Vad erbjuder vi dig? Ett stabilt företag inom en unik nisch. Kollektivavtal plus friskvårdsbidrag 30 dagars semester Fast tjänst på heltid Kontorstider vardagar 08.00-16.30 alt 08.30-17.00. Vid vissa gruppresor kan det krävas arbete kväll/helger Start under hösten 2026.
