Arbetsuppgifter I din roll som reservdelsmedarbetare kommer du ingå i ett härligt gäng. Du kommer att axla en viktig roll i företaget och ansvara för reservdelslager, ordermottagning, beställning och reservdelsförsörjning till verkstadens tekniker samt kunder. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att sälja reservdelar genom att assistera och serva kunders önskemål för reservdelar via telefon och mail men också att supportera teknikerna på vår egen verkstad. Plocka order och hålla ordning på lagret. Du kommer vägleda kunder i tekniska frågor kring reservdelar. Förutom det kommer arbetet även innefatta inventering, uppackning och märkning av garantidelar, bokning av transporter mm. Om rollen Som reservdelsmedarbetare blir du en central del av verksamheten och en viktig länk mellan verkstad, tekniker och kunder. Du ansvarar för reservdelslagret och ser till att rätt delar finns på rätt plats i rätt tid. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat: Ordermottagning och beställning av reservdelar Försäljning och rådgivning till kunder via telefon och e-post Support till verkstadens tekniker i reservdelsfrågor Lagerhållning, plock, inventering och ordning i lagret Uppackning, märkning av garantidelar och bokning av transporter

Hos oss får du arbeta i en modern anläggning med ett härligt team som värdesätter samarbete, kvalitet och god service. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen - gärna från reservdelshantering eller liknande roll på verkstad eller återförsäljare. Du har ett öga för struktur, trivs med att hålla ordning och gillar när det händer mycket runt omkring dig. Vi ser gärna att du har: Erfarenhet av reservdelshantering inom fordonsbranschen God datorvana och erfarenhet av Kobra Hög servicekänsla och förmåga att kommunicera tydligt Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift B-körkort (krav)
