Resesäljare till Fly Company AB – Skärholmen Centrum Fly Company AB är en etablerad resebyrå med lång erfarenhet av flygresor och internationella resor. Från vårt kontor i Skärholmen Centrum hjälper vi privat- och företagskunder med personlig service och bra priser. Nu förstärker vi teamet och söker en eller flera resesäljare på heltid. Rätt person kan börja så snart som möjligt. Det här gör du Säljer flygbiljetter och andra resetjänster Hjälper kunder att hitta och boka rätt resa Hanterar bokningar, ombokningar, ändringar och avbokningar Informerar om flyg, priser, bagage och resevillkor Möter kunder i butiken samt via telefon och e-post Arbetar i bokningssystem och GDS

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet som resesäljare eller från resebranschen Har goda kunskaper om flygbokningar Har mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, i både tal och skrift Är serviceinriktad, noggrann och ansvarstagande Trivs med kundkontakt och försäljning Kan arbeta både självständigt och i team Har god datorvana

Språk Goda kunskaper i engelska är ett krav, eftersom vi dagligen har kontakt med kunder och flygbolag på engelska. Många av våra kunder talar även arabiska och kurdiska, så kunskaper i något av dessa språk är mycket meriterande. Kunskaper i svenska är också meriterande. Meriterande Erfarenhet av Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo/Travelport eller liknande system Erfarenhet av att boka olika typer av resor

Arbetstider Vår butik ligger i Skärholmen Centrum och har öppet sju dagar i veckan. Det innebär att arbete på vissa helger ingår i tjänsten, enligt schema. Du arbetar inte varje helg, utan helgerna fördelas i teamet enligt ett förutbestämt arbetsschema.
