Vi söker nu en restaurangchef till Food Garden – vår populära bufférestaurang på Nordby Shoppingcenter som ägs av Nordby Wok AB. Hos oss får du en nyckelroll där du leder det dagliga arbetet på golvet, utvecklar ditt team och säkerställer att våra gäster alltid får en fantastisk upplevelse. Rollen och dina uppgifter Som restaurangchef har du det övergripande drifts- och personalansvaret för restaurangen. Du arbetar nära kökschefen och ledningen för att optimera driften, hålla hög kvalitet och skapa en trivsam arbetsmiljö. Operativt ledarskap: Vara närvarande på golvet, leda och inspirera matsalspersonalen under alla pass. Personal & Schema: Ansvara för bemanning, schemaläggning, rekrytering, onboarding och daglig coaching av teamet. Gästupplevelse & Kvalitet: Säkerställa en hög servicenivå, gott bemötande och en ren, välkomnande miljö. Ekonomi & Mål: Arbeta aktivt med försäljning, personalkostnader och uppföljning mot uppsatta mål. Rutiner & Hygien: Tillse att gällande rutiner, egenkontroll och arbetsmiljöregler efterlevs.

Kvalifikationer Dokumenterad erfarenhet från en ledande roll inom restaurangbranschen (t.ex. restaurangchef, hovmästare eller biträdande restaurangchef). Erfarenhet av personalansvar, schemaläggning och operativ drift. God förståelse för restaurangekonomi och nyckeltal (personalkostnader, försäljningsmål). Flytande svenska eller norska i tal och skrift, samt goda kunskaper i engelska. Tydligt ledarskap, god kommunikationsförmåga och hög stresstålighet.

Om tjänsten & vad vi erbjuder Omfattning: Tillsvidareanställning 100 % (heltid), med 6 månaders provanställning. Arbetstider: Schemalagd arbetstid (dag-, kvälls- och helgpass utifrån centrets öppettider). Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse. Kollektivavtal: Vi följer Visita – Unionen/HRF kollektivavtal. Boende: Behöver du flytta eller söker boende i samband med tjänsten? Vi kan hjälpa till att ordna boende i Strömstad.
