Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

Leda och utveckla personalen på skift och i vardagen

Säkerställa att rutiner följs inom service, kvalitet och hygien

Planera bemanning, följa upp resultat och nå uppsatta mål

Motivera teamet genom tydlig kommunikation och uppföljning

Hantera dagliga utmaningar och bidra till en positiv arbetskultur

Medverka i förbättringsarbete för att stärka kundnöjdhet och lönsamhet

Vi söker dig som

Har minst 5 års erfarenhet av ledarskap (gärna inom restaurang/foodservice)

Har erfarenhet av att driva ett team i högt tempo och skapa ordning och resultat

Är trygg i rollen som förebild—både i service och ledarskap

Tycker om att jobba mot tydliga mål och följa upp nyckeltal

Är kommunikativ, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad

Meriterande

Erfarenhet från snabbmatsbranschen (t.ex. liknande koncept som McDonald’s/KFC)

Erfarenhet av schemaläggning, utbildning och personalutveckling

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att förbättra processer och resultat
