Kundsupport inom RMA & Reklamationshantering till Kista Trivs du med kundkontakt, administration och att lösa problem på ett professionellt och strukturerat sätt? Har du erfarenhet av reklamationshantering, returärenden eller teknisk kundservice? Då kan detta vara rollen för dig. Vi söker nu en kundsupportmedarbetare till ett väletablerat företag inom hemelektronik med kontor i Kista. Här får du en viktig roll i företagets kundsupportteam med fokus på RMA-hantering, reklamationer och serviceärenden. Om tjänsten Som kundsupportmedarbetare kommer du att ansvara för att hantera inkommande reklamations- och returärenden från kunder, återförsäljare och servicepartners. Rollen kombinerar administration, kundservice och koordinering med interna och externa kontaktytor. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där hög service, kvalitet och noggrannhet står i fokus. Arbetsuppgifter Hantera inkommande RMA- och reklamationsärenden

Registrera, följa upp och administrera returer och serviceärenden

Ge support till kunder via telefon, e-post och ärendehanteringssystem

Säkerställa att ärenden dokumenteras korrekt och hanteras enligt gällande rutiner

Ha löpande kontakt med transportörer, verkstäder och leverantörer

Informera kunder om status i pågående ärenden

Bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera arbetsprocesser inom kundservice och RMA

Kvalifikationer Erfarenhet av kundservice, kundsupport eller reklamationshantering

God administrativ förmåga och vana att arbeta i affärs- eller ärendehanteringssystem

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

God datorvana och erfarenhet av Office-paketet

Förmåga att hantera flera ärenden parallellt med bibehållen kvalitet

Meriterande Erfarenhet av RMA-hantering eller returadministration

Erfarenhet från hemelektronik-, teknik- eller logistikbranschen

Grundläggande teknisk förståelse för hemelektronikprodukter

Erfarenhet av arbete mot återförsäljare eller serviceverkstäder

Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och noggrann. Du har ett professionellt bemötande, tycker om kundkontakt och trivs i en roll där du får ta ansvar och driva ärenden framåt. Samtidigt är du strukturerad och har förmågan att prioritera när tempot är högt. Övrig information Placering: Kista
