Då kan rollen som transportadministratör hos Örnfrakt vara något för dig! Som transportadministratör inom Bygg och anläggning har du initialt ett tydligt administrativt fokus. Du säkerställer att fakturering, avräkning och uppföljning fungerar korrekt och effektivt och skapar samtidigt goda förutsättningar för transportledningen och lönsamma affärer. Vår ambition är att genom förbättrade processer och moderna systemstöd successivt minska det administrativa efterarbetet och skapa större utrymme för transportledning, utveckling av affär samt kund- och medlemsvärde. Vi söker därför dig som vill vara med på denna resa! Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Säkerställa korrekt och effektiv kundfakturering och avräkning enligt överenskomna villkor Säkerställa kvalitet i register, grunddata och administrativa underlag Ta fram relevanta rapporter och statistik för uppföljning och analys Säkerställa administrativt stöd och korrekta underlag för transportledningens dagliga arbete Granska administrativa krav och förutsättningar i offerter och kundavtal Bidra till utveckling och effektivisering av processer, rutiner, arbetssätt och verksamhetens systemstöd

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är strukturerad och noggrann, som trivs med att skapa ordning i administrativa flöden. Samtidigt ser du möjligheter till förbättring och tar gärna initiativ till smartare arbetssätt. Du är lösningsorienterad, flexibel och tycker om att samarbeta och bygga goda relationer med kunder, delägare och kollegor. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har: Erfarenhet av att arbeta med fakturering och avräkning Erfarenhet av att bidra till förbättringar av processer och systemstöd God systemvana och intresse för digitalisering God förståelse för processer och systematiskt förbättringsarbete

Du uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska. Det är meriterande om du har eftergymnasial utbildning inom logistik, ekonomi eller administration eller erfarenhet av transportledning. Erfarenhet av affärs- eller transportledningssystem är också meriterande. Har du erfarenhet från medlemsägd organisation eller transport- och logistiksektorn är det en bonus.
