Robotoperatör till Interal PRODUKTION • ROBOT OCH CNC • KVALITET Vill du kombinera programmering och problemlösning med praktiskt produktionsarbete? Som robotoperatör på Interal AB ansvarar du för att vår produktionscell körs säkert, effektivt och med rätt kvalitet – från inställning och övervakning till kontroll av färdiga detaljer. Arbetstiden är ännu inte slutligt fastställd och tjänsten kan innebära arbete på antingen dag- eller kvällsskift. Mer information lämnas under rekryteringsprocessen Om rollen Du programmerar och ställer in ABB/FANUC robot och CNC maskin samt optimerar körningen för en stabil produktion med så få störningar som möjligt. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med teknikavdelningen och du rapporterar till produktionsansvarig för Robot, Montering och Lager. En viktig del av rollen är att följa produktionen hela vägen. Du kontrollerar mått, bearbetade ytor och andra kvalitetskrav, dokumenterar resultat och agerar när något avviker. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter · Programmera, ställa in och justera ABB/FANUC robot och CNC maskin. · Optimera körningar och övervaka pågående produktion. · Utföra verktygsbyten, mätningar och enklare felsökning. · Läsa och tolka ritningar, arbetsinstruktioner och produktionsunderlag. · Genomföra egenkontroller av mått, ytor och eventuella defekter enligt kontrollinstruktioner och mättabeller. · Dokumentera kontrollmått och rapportera avvikelser enligt gällande rutiner. · Utföra efterbearbetning av detaljer enligt instruktion från ansvarig ställare. · Hantera produktionsorder, tidsregistrering och avvikelser i affärssystemet Monitor. · Bidra till ordning, säkerhet och städning vid arbetsstationen. Vi söker dig som Du arbetar strukturerat och noggrant, tar ansvar för ditt resultat och samarbetar väl med andra. Du har ett tydligt kvalitets- och säkerhetsfokus och vågar stoppa en order om du upptäcker ett problem som kan påverka kvalitet eller arbetsmiljö. Kvalifikationer · Utbildning inom robot och CNC. · Förmåga att kommunicera på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. · God förmåga att läsa ritningar och följa tekniska instruktioner. · God samarbetsförmåga samt ett ansvarstagande och flexibelt arbetssätt. Meriterande · Erfarenhet av programmering och inställning av robot eller CNC i produktion. · Erfarenhet av mätteknik, kvalitetskontroll och enklare felsökning. · Kunskaper i affärssystemet Monitor. Arbetssätt och ansvar Du planerar ditt arbete utifrån körplanen och bidrar där behov finns för att skapa ett effektivt produktionsflöde. Rollen kan även omfatta andra arbetsuppgifter än de ordinarie, och samarbete mellan olika funktioner är en naturlig del av vardagen.
