Job Description: Rotor Dynamics and Vibration Engineer Join us as a Rotor Dynamics Engineer and help shape the next generation of gas turbines, heat pumps, and selected steam turbine applications. Your analysis and engineering judgement will directly influence product reliability, efficiency, and performance. A Snapshot of Your Day You will improve engineering methods, develop practical analysis tools, and turn complex rotor-dynamic challenges into better products. Working closely with experienced colleagues across several disciplines, you will contribute throughout the development cycle—from early concepts and simulation to testing and product support. How You’ll Make an Impact Have responsibility over the design and evaluation of the rotor and stator structure of robust, reliable, and highly efficient turbomachinery engines by using in-house developed and commercial software. Be a part of the whole engine development process starting from the concept design of engines to the test evaluation and further behavior in the product’s life cycle. Be responsible to drive the innovation and technology within the field of rotor and structural dynamics. As part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to build a network that expands across the world, from Europe to North America and Asia. On top of that, your multi-disciplinary collaborations will, for example, include Mechanical Design, Mechanical Integrity, Test department and Manufacturing. What You Bring A master’s degree or PhD in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, engineering physics, or a related field. Knowledge of and a strong interest in structural dynamics. Experience in rotor dynamics is highly desirable. Knowledge of finite element analysis, mechanical integrity, mechanical design, tribology, or related areas is an advantage. Experience with engineering tools such as Abaqus, Simcenter 3D, MATLAB, Python, or equivalent software is beneficial. A proactive and committed approach to analysing and resolving technical challenges. The ability to work across disciplines, both independently and as part of a team, while contributing to effective and efficient delivery. Proficiency in English is required; Swedish is an advantage. We welcome applicants ranging from early-career engineers to experienced specialists. This role provides opportunities to develop technical expertise, contribute to engineering methods and tools, and work with challenging dynamics problems across a broad range of products. About the Team You will join a diverse R&D group of 14 highly skilled engineers specializing in rotor dynamics and aeromechanics. We work closely together and bring a wide range of backgrounds and experience to the team. As part of an R&D organization of nearly 300 people, you will have access to a unique breadth of expertise as we work together to develop world-class gas turbines. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
