Vill du utvecklas inom försäljning och samtidigt vara en del av ett växande företag? Är du därtill tävlingsinriktad och målfokuserad? Nu växer teamet inom försäljning av elavtal åt ett av landets största energibolag. Vi har idag kontor i Stockholm och på Cypern. Arbetsuppgifter Som säljare av elavtal blir du snabbt en nyckelspelare i affären. Ditt övergripande ansvarsområde blir att bearbeta leads och sälja in elavtal som passar kunden. Du ansvarar för hela säljprocessen, första kontakt till accepterat avtal. Konkreta arbetsuppgifter kopplat till säljcykeln är att över telefon prospektera inkommande leads. Därtill arbetar du även vid behov med att följa upp dina kunder för att säkerställa kvalitén. I rollen har du hjälp av säljverktyg och kollegor med stor erfarenhet inom branschen. För rätt person finns mycket goda utvecklingsmöjligheter. Med kontor både i Stockholm och på Cypern finns naturliga karriärvägar för den som är redo att skapa sin egen framgång.

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av försäljning meriterande men inget krav.

Kärlek till att göra bra affärer.

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.

Vi söker dig som är social, framåt och affärsmässig. Du är driven och målinriktad med en stark drivkraft att lyckas i ditt jobb. Då du samtalar med privatpersoner över telefon är det viktigt att du har en personlig mognad, en ödmjuk framtoning och att kunna inge förtroende. För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du motiveras av att skapa affärer i en energifylld miljö. Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och har förmågan att strukturera ditt arbete och prioritera rätt saker, dvs affären med god kundnöjdhet. Du känner dig helt enkelt hemma i en het och fartfylld bransch!

Övrig information och förmåner Start: Enligt överenskommelse Plats: Bigacoms kontor vid Stadshagen. Lön: Grundlön + Provision. Mållön 30.000-40.000, inget tak. 25 dagar semester. Pensionsavsättning.
