Vi hjälper dig att hitta rätt jobb oavsett vilken bransch du befinner dig i. Konsultchef – Bygg & Industri Vill du bygga affärer, skapa relationer och samtidigt hjälpa människor vidare i arbetslivet? WorkNordic söker nu en Konsultchef med inriktning mot bygg och industri till vårt team i Stockholm. Vi arbetar med bemanning och rekrytering av kvalificerad personal till företag i Sverige och Norge. Våra kunder finns bland annat inom bygg, anläggning, industri, produktion och tekniska verksamheter. I rollen som konsultchef får du ett stort eget ansvar för hela processen – från att hitta nya kunder och förstå deras behov till att hitta rätt kandidater och följa upp konsulterna ute på uppdrag. Om rollen Du kommer bland annat att: Bearbeta nya och befintliga kunder inom bygg och industri Identifiera personal- och rekryteringsbehov hos kunder Rekrytera och matcha kandidater till aktuella uppdrag Presentera kandidater och driva processen fram till start Ha löpande kontakt med konsulter och kunder under uppdragen Förhandla priser och villkor med kunder Bygga upp och utveckla din egen kund- och konsultportfölj Arbeta nära övriga konsultchefer, rekrytering och säljteam
