Tjänsten som kundmottagare på Glimra är ett varierande arbete med stort eget ansvar där du hjälper våra kunder att få en förstklassig upplevelse varje dag. Vi söker dig som trivs med att möta människor, gillar försäljning och inte är rädd för att hugga i där det behövs. Observera att detta inte är en administrativ kontorstjänst. Arbetet sker huvudsakligen ute i anläggningen där du arbetar nära både kunder och verksamheten. Dina arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Ta emot och vägleda kunder på plats. Arbeta aktivt med försäljning och merförsäljning av våra tvättjänster och abonnemang. Säkerställa att flödet av inkommande bilar fungerar smidigt. Slussa in bilar och förbereda dem för tvätten. Hålla anläggningen ren, välkomnande och i gott skick. Utföra enklare tekniskt underhåll och felsökning i anläggningen. Bidra till att varje kund lämnar oss som en nöjd och återkommande Glimra-kund.

Vi söker dig som Är social och tycker om att skapa relationer med kunder. Som gärna har erfarenhet av försäljning, service eller retail. Trivs i en roll där du kombinerar kundservice med praktiskt arbete. Är ansvarstagande, självgående och initiativrik. Har ett tekniskt intresse och gillar att lösa problem. Behärskar svenska i tal och skrift.

Om tjänsten Det här är en roll för dig som vill ha en aktiv arbetsdag där du växlar mellan kundmöten, försäljning och praktiskt arbete i anläggningen. Du trivs med att vara på plats i verksamheten och ser det som en självklarhet att hjälpa till där det behövs. Vi söker en medarbetare för en heltidstjänst. Tjänsten inkluderar dag, kväll samt helg.
