Vi är stolta över vårt toppbetyg på Trustpilot och slår redan idag många av de större telefonoperatörerna på fingrarna. Men vi är inte nöjda och vill bli ännu bättre. Därför söker vi dig! Våra kundservicemedarbetare är vårt ansikte utåt och därför väldigt viktiga. Därför söker vi nu en driven, lyhörd och social medarbetare för att utöka vårt team i centrala Helsingborg. I din roll kommer du främst att hantera inkommande samtal där du besvarar frågor, löser eventuella problem och strävar efter kundnöjdhet. Även andra vanligt förekommande kundserviceuppgifter förekommer såsom att hantera inkommande mejl från våra kunder, packa och skicka iväg simkort med mera. I vår kundtjänst är uppgifterna varierande och vi försöker ofta anpassa arbetsuppgifterna utifrån dina styrkor. Är du en problemlösare som älskar att lösa problem? Är du strukturerad och ordningssam som person? Då är detta jobbet för dig. Din profil: För att vara aktuell för tjänsten skall du tala flytande svenska och ha god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift. Vi arbetar i olika datasystem därför är det ett krav att du har god datorvana. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av arbeten med mycket kundkontakt, dock är det inget krav så länge du har rätt vilja och driv till att lära dig. Kravprofil: - Har minst gymnasieutbildning. - Rökfri. - Möjlighet att börja inom en månad. - Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga - En stark vilja att lära och utvecklas - Erfarenhet är ett plus men inget krav I samband med våra rekryteringsprocesser begär vi alltid utdrag från belastningsregistret.
