Vi söker junior säljare!Om rollen Har du jobbat med kundkontakt via telefon och gillar kombinationen av service och att hjälpa kunder att hitta rätt lösning? Då kan det här vara rätt roll för dig. Vi söker en kundsupportmedarbetare med ett naturligt intresse för försäljning, som vill utvecklas i en roll där kunddialog, service och affärer går hand i hand. Vad innebär jobbet? Du har daglig kontakt med kunder via telefon där du hjälper, guidar och identifierar möjligheter att erbjuda relevanta produkter och tjänster. Fokus ligger främst på utgående samtal där du följer upp kunder, presenterar lösningar och på ett enkelt och naturligt sätt ser till att kundens behov matchas med rätt erbjudande. Det handlar om att skapa bra kundupplevelser, bygga förtroende och samtidigt ta vara på de möjligheter som uppstår i dialogen. Du arbetar strukturerat mot uppsatta mål och blir en viktig del av ett team som gillar tempo, samarbete och tydliga resultat. Tjänsten är placerad i Stockholm. Vi ser gärna att du har Minst ett års erfarenhet av kundkontakt via telefon eller utgående samtal Erfarenhet av kundservice, gärna med inslag av försäljning Vana vid att arbeta mot uppsatta mål God svenska i tal och skrift Grundläggande kunskaper i digitala system
