Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet av försäljning, visar starka resultat och nu vill utvecklas inom ledarskap. Du leder genom att vara ett föredöme i försäljningen och visar teamet hur jobbet ska göras – i praktiken. Som försäljningschef ansvarar du för ett team som arbetar med uppsökande försäljning mot privatpersoner. Ditt fokus ligger på att coacha, stötta och utveckla säljare i deras vardag, samtidigt som du själv är aktiv i försäljningen och bidrar till teamets resultat. Dina arbetsuppgifter: Delta aktivt i försäljningen och visa vägen genom eget sälj Coacha och stötta säljare dagligen för att höja deras resultat Följa upp mål, resultat och aktivitet tillsammans med teamet Skapa struktur, energi och motivation i försäljningsarbetet Säkerställa att teamet når sin månadsbudget

Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av försäljning och vill ta nästa steg i karriären Är driven, tävlingsinriktad och motiveras av tydliga mål Vill utvecklas inom ledarskap och coachning Är positiv, kommunikativ och trygg i dialog med andra Kan ta ansvar och är tydlig när det behövs Har god förståelse för siffror och resultat Talar och skriver flytande svenska

Tidigare chefsroll är inget krav – det viktigaste är rätt inställning, vilja att lära och att du trivs i en roll där försäljning och ledarskap går hand i hand.
