Vi söker nu en driven och kundorienterad person till vårt servicecenter för målerimaskiner. Här får du en varierad roll där serviceverkstad, showroom och försäljning möts. Du blir en viktig kontaktperson för våra kunder, där du kombinerar kundrelationer och försäljning med praktiskt tekniskt arbete. Ena stunden felsöker och reparerar du en maskin i verkstaden, för att nästa möta en kund i showroomet och demonstrera en maskin. Du arbetar aktivt med både befintliga och nya kunder, bokar möten och skapar affärer. Rollen passar dig som är driven, lösningsorienterad och trivs med att ta egna initiativ – med goda möjligheter att utvecklas både tekniskt och kommersiellt. Om rollen I rollen kommer du att kombinera praktiskt servicearbete med en aktiv och säljande kundkontakt. Du kommer bland annat att:

Ta emot och ha löpande kontakt med kunder i vårt servicecenter

Boka och genomföra kundmöten

Arbeta aktivt med nykundsbearbetning

Bygga och utveckla relationer med befintliga kunder

Demonstrera våra målerimaskiner och hjälpa kunder att hitta rätt lösning

Utföra service, felsökning, underhåll och reparationer av målerimaskiner

Ansvara för att showroom och verkstad är välorganiserade och representativa

Identifiera kundens behov och hitta lösningar som skapar långsiktigt värde

Det här är alltså inte en renodlad säljtjänst och inte heller en traditionell verkstadstjänst. Du får en kombinerad roll där du både arbetar praktiskt med maskiner och aktivt med kunder och försäljning. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är driven, tekniskt intresserad och händig, och som tycker om att ha kontakt med människor. Du behöver inte vara expert på målerimaskiner från dag ett – det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning, teknisk förståelse och viljan att lära dig. Vi tror att du:

Erfarenhet av service, reparation, försäljning eller arbete inom bygg-, måleri- eller maskinbranschen är meriterande.
