Vi arbetar nära våra kunder, fattar snabba beslut och skapar lösningar som fungerar i praktiken. Nu söker vi dig som vill bygga en karriär inom B2B-försäljning på riktigt. Din roll Du börjar med en strukturerad introduktion på 12 veckor där du lär dig grunderna i B2B-försäljning, våra produkter och hur vi arbetar med kunder. Sedan tar du successivt större ansvar i säljprocessen. Det här är ingen passiv roll. Du förväntas vara aktiv, nyfiken och beredd att lägga ned det arbete som krävs för att bli riktigt bra. Du kommer att:

kontakta företag och boka möten

identifiera behov och skapa affärsmöjligheter

arbeta strukturerat i CRM och följa upp dialoger

successivt ta större ansvar i säljprocessen

Vem du är Du har ett genuint intresse för försäljning och förstår att resultat kräver arbete. Du är van att ta egna initiativ och motiveras av att se konkreta resultat av din insats. Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning, kundkontakt eller serviceyrken är meriterande. Det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning och ett tydligt driv framåt. Vi tror att du:

kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift

tar eget ansvar och behöver inte bli påmind om vad som ska göras
