Om din roll Vårt mål på Åhléns är att vara upplevelsedriven destination som gör skillnad för kunden. Som säljare extra hos oss har du en nyckelroll i att göra detta till verklighet. Ditt uppdrag är att bidra till försäljningen genom aktiv kundkontakt. Du möter människor varje dag och är med och skapar en kundupplevelse som gör skillnad och överträffar förväntningar. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Att sälja genom aktiv kundkontakt i enlighet med Åhléns servicekoncept

Att aktivt arbeta med merförsäljning genom tävlingar och kampanjer

Säkerställa en inspirerande och säljande varuhusmiljö som skapar den bästa kundupplevelsen

Du blir en del av ett passionerat team och jobbar nära övriga roller i varuhuset, vilket till exempel kan vara Visual Merchandiser, Varuplockare, Avdelningschef eller Säljledare samt Varuhuschef. Du tycker om att arbeta i team och att uppnå resultat genom samarbete. Du är flexibel och trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo. Du är nyfiken på kunden och delar med dig av dina kunskaper och idéer. Åhléns är en organisation i högt tempo, där mycket händer. Med dig i laget blir vi ännu ännu bättre! Om rekryteringen Tjänsten är en en extratjänst/varannan helg vikariat … Du arbetar enligt schema som sträcker sig över vardagar, kvällar och helger. Arbetstiderna kan variera mellan kl 07-19.
