Då kan det här vara rollen för dig! Vi söker nu fler säljare till vårt kontor i Solna, med ett centralt läge nära både pendeltåg och Mall of Scandinavia. Som säljare arbetar du med telefonförsäljning mot privatpersoner. Beroende på projekt kommer du att representera välkända varumärken inom energi eller telekom, där du genom dialog med kunden identifierar behov och presenterar en lösning som passar. Du får arbeta med etablerade produkter och välkända varumärken, samtidigt som du får möjlighet att bygga värdefull erfarenhet inom försäljning. Du behöver inte kunna allt från början. Hos oss får du introduktion, löpande coachning och stöd från erfarna kollegor. Tillsammans arbetar vi mot tydliga mål, utvecklas som säljare och firar våra framgångar som ett team. Vad vi erbjuder: Grundlön + generös provision En fast grundlön baserad på din erfarenhet samt en provisionsmodell med möjlighet till mycket goda lönenivåer. 35-timmars arbetsvecka Måndag–torsdag: 09.00–17.15 Fredag: 09.00–16.00 25 semesterdagar per år Utveckling och gemenskap Kontinuerlig utbildning, coachning och löpande uppföljning för att stötta din utveckling. Vi arrangerar även AW:s, säljtävlingar och teamaktiviteter. Friskvårdstimme 1 timmes friskvård per vecka. Omfattning: Heltid Vi söker dig som:

Är kommunikativ och serviceinriktad med förmåga att skapa förtroende och bygga långsiktiga relationer

Har ett starkt driv och motiveras av att nå uppsatta mål

Talar och skriver flytande svenska

Har erfarenhet av försäljning (meriterande men inget krav)
