Monster, Sveriges snabbast växande energivarumärke fortsätter sin starka tillväxtresa. Nu söker vi en driven och engagerad fältsäljare som vill vara med och utveckla Monster Energys position i sydöstra Sverige. Är du en säljare som motiveras av att nå resultat, skapa affärer och utveckla starka kundsamarbeten? Då kan detta vara rollen för dig. Vi söker dig som är bosatt i eller omkring Växjö eller Kalmar. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från försäljning mot Dagligvaru- eller -Servicehandeln och är det dessutom erfarenhet från avdelningen dryck så är det extra meriterande. Har du jobbat i butik inom avdelningen dryck så är även det meriterande. Arbetsgivare är Monster Energy Sweden, men rekryteringsprocessen hanteras av Nextstore Group AB. Om rollen: Som fältsäljare ansvarar du för att utveckla försäljningen inom ditt distrikt genom att skapa tillväxt hos befintliga kunder och identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter. Du arbetar nära butikspersonal och beslutsfattare för att säkerställa bästa möjliga synlighet, tillgänglighet och försäljning av våra produkter. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Utveckla försäljningen hos befintliga kunder genom optimerat sortiment, exponering och kampanjer. Säkerställa genomförandet av centrala marknadsaktiviteter och kampanjer i butik. Utbilda och coacha butikspersonal samt dryckesansvariga. Identifiera och bearbeta nya återförsäljare inom distriktet. Följa upp och rapportera aktiviteter och resultat i företagets CRM-system. Arbeta mot uppsatta mål och budget för distriktet.

Vi söker dig som: Är målinriktad, driven och har ett starkt eget engagemang. Har lätt för att skapa långsiktiga relationer och bygga förtroende. Är självgående, strukturerad och trivs med stort eget ansvar. Är lösningsorienterad och motiveras av att skapa resultat. Trivs i ett högt tempo och ser möjligheter där andra ser utmaningar. Är en lagspelare som bidrar till teamets gemensamma framgång.

Kvalifikationer: Erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna inom dagligvaru- eller servicehandeln. Erfarenhet från dryckeskategorin är meriterande. Erfarenhet från arbete i butik, särskilt inom dryck, är ett plus. Vana av att arbeta självständigt med eget distrikt, budget och försäljningsmål. B-körkort. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

DISTRIKTET Distriktet är väl upparbetat sedan tidigare och distriktet inkluderar huvudorterna Växjö, Kalmar, Karlskrona, Vetlanda och Ljungby. Vi ser med fördel att din placeringsort är i Växjö eller Kalmar. VI ERBJUDER Fast månadslön. Möjlighet till bonus. Tjänstepension Sjukförsäkring 25 dagars semester
