Vi söker nu fler säljare till vårt team i Solna. Som säljare arbetar du med telefonförsäljning mot privatpersoner, där du representerar välkända varumärken inom energi eller telekom. Du kommer att arbeta mot tydliga mål och utveckla dina kunskaper inom försäljning. Du behöver inte kunna allt från början – vi ger dig introduktion, löpande coachning och stöd från erfarna kollegor för att du ska få rätt förutsättningar att lyckas. Vad vi erbjuder: Grundlön + generös provision En fast grundlön baserad på din erfarenhet samt en provisionsmodell med möjlighet till mycket goda lönenivåer. 35-timmars arbetsvecka Måndag–torsdag: 09.00–17.15 Fredag: 09.00–16.00 25 semesterdagar per år Utveckling och gemenskap Kontinuerlig utbildning, coachning och löpande uppföljning för att stötta din utveckling. Vi arrangerar även AW:s, säljtävlingar och teamaktiviteter. Friskvårdstimme 1 timmes friskvård per vecka. Omfattning: Heltid Vi söker dig som:

Är kommunikativ och serviceinriktad med förmåga att skapa förtroende och bygga långsiktiga relationer

Har ett starkt driv och motiveras av att nå uppsatta mål

Talar och skriver flytande svenska

Har erfarenhet av försäljning (meriterande men inget krav)
