Arbetsuppgifter Som säljare hos Protection24 AB arbetar du helt på distans med att marknadsföra och sälja företagets produkter, främst hårnät och skäggskydd. Våra kunder finns bland annat inom livsmedelsindustrin, vård och omsorg samt andra verksamheter där hygienkrav är viktiga. Arbetsuppgifterna består bland annat av att: Kontakta nya och befintliga kunder via telefon. Presentera företagets produkter och deras användningsområden. Identifiera kundernas behov och erbjuda lämpliga produkter. Genomföra försäljning och följa upp kunder. Bygga och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer. Dokumentera kundkontakter och försäljningsresultat. Arbeta självständigt och strukturerat enligt företagets riktlinjer.

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som: Är social, kommunikativ och serviceinriktad. Är målmedveten och resultatinriktad. Har intresse för försäljning och kundkontakt. Kan arbeta självständigt hemifrån. Tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och ditt försäljningsresultat. Har goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.

Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning är meriterande men inget krav. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet, motivation och vilja att utvecklas. Lön och provperiod Anställningen inleds med en provanställning på två månader. Under provperioden är ersättningen helt provisionsbaserad och baseras på genomförd och godkänd försäljning enligt företagets provisionsmodell. Efter två månader görs en utvärdering av säljarens resultat, utveckling och förutsättningar för fortsatt anställning. Vid goda resultat och om båda parter är överens kan anställningen fortsätta med fast grundlön i kombination med provision. De exakta lönevillkoren fastställs då mellan arbetsgivaren och den anställde. Arbetsplats Arbetet utförs helt på distans hemifrån.
