Nordic Personalkraft rekryterar nu telefonsäljare direkt till en kund inom försäljning av tak-, solcells- och batterilösningar. Detta är en direktrekrytering, vilket innebär att du blir anställd direkt av kundföretaget. Nordic Personalkraft ansvarar för rekryteringsprocessen. Tidigare erfarenhet är inget krav – det viktigaste är att du är vältalig, bekväm med att prata med nya människor och har viljan att lära dig och prestera. Som telefonsäljare arbetar du från kundens kontor i Sisjön och kontaktar potentiella kunder inom takbyte, solceller och batterilösningar. Rollen innebär ett högt aktivitetstempo där du arbetar aktivt med kalla samtal, skapar intresse hos potentiella kunder och driver försäljningen framåt. Arbetsuppgifter Kontakta potentiella kunder via telefon. Presentera företagets produkter och tjänster. Skapa intresse och identifiera kundens behov. Arbeta mot tydliga försäljningsmål. Följa upp potentiella kunder. Representera företaget på ett professionellt sätt.

Vi söker dig som Vill bygga en karriär inom försäljning. Är social, driven och målmedveten. Är mycket vältalig och bekväm i telefon. Har lätt för att skapa kontakt med nya människor. Motiveras av resultat och möjligheten att påverka din egen lön. Kan hantera motgångar och fortsätta prestera även efter ett nej. Talar svenska obehindrat.

Tidigare erfarenhet av telefonförsäljning, mötesbokning eller annan försäljning är meriterande, men inget krav. Vad erbjuder företaget? Garantilön på 15 000 kr per månad. Hög provision och prestationsbaserade bonusar. Mållön på 30 000–40 000 kr per månad, exklusive semesterersättning. Två dagars intensiv introduktion och utbildning. Löpande utbildning och coachning. Möjlighet att utvecklas vidare inom försäljning. Tydliga karriärmöjligheter för dig som presterar och vill ta nästa steg.

Arbetstid Arbetstiderna är flexibla och kan variera. Arbetsplats Tjänsten är i första hand förlagd till kundens kontor i Sisjön, Göteborg. Möjlighet till distansarbete kan förekomma, men kunden ser helst att arbetet sker på plats. Start Start enligt överenskommelse. Ansökan Urval och intervjuer sker löpande.
