Detta är en direktrekrytering, vilket innebär att du blir anställd direkt av kundföretaget. Nordic Personalkraft ansvarar för rekryteringsprocessen. Tidigare erfarenhet är inget krav – det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning, tycker om att prata med människor och har viljan att lära dig och nå resultat. Du kommer att arbeta med försäljning av lösningar inom takbyte, solceller och batterier. Arbetet sker både genom personliga kundmöten och försäljning via telefon. Företaget erbjuder utbildning och löpande coachning för att ge dig rätt förutsättningar att utvecklas som säljare. Arbetsuppgifter Kontakta och skapa relationer med potentiella kunder. Presentera företagets produkter och tjänster. Identifiera kundens behov och föreslå passande lösningar. Presentera offerter och genomföra försäljningar. Arbeta mot individuella och gemensamma försäljningsmål. Representera företaget på ett professionellt sätt.

Vi söker dig som Vill starta eller utveckla en karriär inom försäljning. Är social och har lätt för att skapa kontakt med människor. Är driven, målmedveten och vill utvecklas. Motiveras av att prestera och nå resultat. Är ansvarstagande och har en positiv inställning. Talar och skriver svenska obehindrat.

Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning är meriterande men inget krav. Vad erbjuder företaget? Garantilön på 15 000 kr per månad. Hög provision och prestationsbaserade bonusar. Mållön på 30 000–40 000 kr per månad, med möjlighet att tjäna mer. Introduktion och utbildning. Löpande coachning och stöd. Flexibla arbetstider.
