Skellefteå Kraft är inne i en spännande och utvecklande fas och vill därför utöka sin säljavdelning med ytterligare säljare!

På Skellefteå kraft har du en fast ingångslön med en väldigt fördelaktig lönetrappa, du ges också möjlighet att arbeta i nya och fräscha lokaler i centrala Skellefteå. Vidare kommer du att bli en del av ett team som utvecklas och jobbar framåt tillsammans - samtidigt som vi har grymt kul längs vägen.

Som säljare på Skellefteå Kraft säljer du i huvudsak elavtal genom utringande samtal. Elavtal är en produkt som i stort sett alla behöver och intresserar sig för då det påverkar privatekonomin. Enkelt va? Precis som i alla andra jobb inom försäljning så handlar det om att ta många kontakter och göra sitt absolut bästa i varje kundmöte. Ett starkt driv framåt och mycket glädje är också en viktig nyckel för att lyckas inom försäljning, detta underlättas naturligtvis av att du blir en del av ett starkt team med en bra dynamik. Här har ni en tydlig målsättning, uppföljning och löpande coaching i försäljningen. Ett lag, helt enkelt!

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har erfarenhet av försäljning sedan tidigare, och har du dessutom erfarenhet av försäljning över telefon är det starkt meriterande. Som person är du social, positiv och har en känsla för hur man pratar med olika människor. Du är helt enkelt du och det är precis så det ska vara. Arbete hemifrån är möjligt i viss utsträckning.
