Som säljare i Telias butik i Uppsala är din uppgift att förstå varje kunds behov av tjänster och produkter och baserat på det skapa anpassade lösningar. Jag heter Sandra Bergström Nordin och är Store Leader, mitt mål är att coacha och stötta dig i att lyckas med försäljning och service. Det jag älskar med mitt jobb är variationen och ständigt lärande. Vår vardag består av att stötta kunder att hitta rätt produkter i både vardag-, och arbetsliv. Ärenden handlar om allt från passande bredbandsabonnemang, tv-paket, senaste mobilen men också hur företagskunder kan sätta upp eller förbättra sin telefonväxel. Telia ligger i framkant vad gäller dessa tjänster och produkter och våra medarbetare är experter vad gäller kundlösningar. Vi söker dig som älskar att skapa kundrelationer, tar egna initiativ och drivs av att hitta rätt lösning för varje kund - och självklart gillar du att sälja (både i butik, via telefon & andra säljaktiviteter). Tidigare erfarenhet från sälj- och/eller serviceyrken är en fördel. Vi strävar efter en jämn könsfördelning och ser gärna kvinnliga sökande till den här rollen.
