Som säljare i Telias butik på Kungsmässan är din uppgift att förstå varje kunds behov av tjänster och produkter och baserat på det skapa anpassade lösningar. Jag heter Kushtrim Bajgora och är Store Leader i butiken där mitt fokus ligger på att coacha och stötta teamet. Det jag älskar med mitt jobb är variationen och ständigt lärande. Vår vardag består av att stötta kunder att hitta rätt produkter i både vardags- och arbetsliv. Kundmötena handlar om att hitta allt från passande bredbandsabonnemang, tv-paket, senaste mobilen men också hur företagskunder kan sätta upp eller förbättra sin telefonväxel. Telia ligger i framkant vad gäller dessa tjänster och produkter och våra medarbetare är experter vad gäller skapa och sälja den bästa lösningen. Du kommer att arbeta mot tydliga individuella och gemensamma mål kopplat till både försäljning och kundbemötande. Du har stor möjlighet att påverka din lön med bonus baserat på prestation samtidigt som du alltid har en timlön som behovsanställd eller fast månadslön, beroende på anställningstyp. Vi söker dig som sätter kunden först, är förtroendeingivande, initiativtagande, motiveras av att sälja och tar ansvar för att proaktivt hitta kunder där vi kan förbättra och erbjuda våra lösningar utifrån kundens behov. Tidigare erfarenhet från serviceyrken och försäljning är en fördel. Vi erbjuder dig förutsättningar att utvecklas.
