Nordic söker nu en säljdriven rekryterare som älskar kunddialog, tempo och resultat – och som vill sälja in våra rekryteringstjänster med hög kvalitet och långsiktighet. Det här är en säljorienterad roll (på riktigt) Du drivs av att:

skapa nya kundrelationer, öppna dörrar och vinna rekryteringsuppdrag

arbeta mot tydliga mål och se tydlig effekt av din insats

kombinera affärsutveckling + rekrytering och vara den som “tar hem” och levererar

Du ser rekrytering som en affärstjänst: du förstår kundens behov, säljer in rätt upplägg och levererar en process som gör att kunden vill köpa igen. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Försäljning & affär:

prospektera och skapa nya affärsmöjligheter (B2B)

boka och genomföra kundmöten – både digitalt och fysiskt

sälja in rekryteringsupplägg och rådgiva kring kompetensstrategi, marknadsläge och process

skriva offerter, driva förhandling och stänga affärer

utveckla befintliga kunder och öka volymen genom långsiktiga samarbeten

Rekrytering & leverans:

driva rekryteringsprocesser för seniora specialist- och ledarroller

search/headhunting och kandidatbearbetning

kravprofil, urval, intervjuer, referenser och matchning

löpande kundrapportering, kvalitetssäkring och uppföljning efter tillsättning

Vi tror att du är…

affärsdriven, självgående och uthållig – du gillar att jaga, bygga pipeline och stänga

trygg i dialog med beslutsfattare och kan förklara värdet av en rekryteringsprocess

relationsskapande utan att tappa skärpa: du kan både vara varm och tydlig

van att hantera flera parallella processer med struktur och tempo

Meriterande bakgrund (du kan komma från olika håll)

B2B-försäljning (t.ex. tjänsteförsäljning) med dokumenterad måluppfyllelse

rekrytering/search, konsult-/bemanning, staffing eller liknande

vana av att arbeta med seniora profiler och kompetensintensiva roller

erfarenhet av att sälja rekryterings- eller konsulttjänster är starkt meriterande
