Om rollen Som Säljkoordinator har du en nyckelroll i verksamheten och fungerar som navet mellan flera interna och externa intressenter. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa ett smidigt flöde från det att en maskin anländer till lagret till dess att den levereras och faktureras. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Dokumentera och utveckla processer samt skapa tydliga rutiner och lathundar Ansvara för hela orderflödet från inkommande maskin till fakturering Koordinera och följa upp maskinleveranser från fabriker i Europa Fungera som kontaktperson mellan säljare, verkstad, kunder, banker och finansbolag Delta i och driva projektplanering kopplad till leveranser och affärer Säkerställa att dokumentation och administration håller hög kvalitet Ta fram och presentera veckovisa rapporter Arbeta med ekonomisk uppföljning och analys

Vi söker dig som För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara en person som vågar ställa krav, kommunicera tydligt och hålla ihop många parallella processer samtidigt. Du är noggrann, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en roll där du har stort eget ansvar. Vi ser gärna att du har: Högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande Erfarenhet av ekonomiarbete och ekonomisk uppföljning God förståelse för administrativa och ekonomiska processer Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och vana att arbeta med större datamängder Erfarenhet av att koordinera flera aktiviteter och projekt samtidigt Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
