Nu söker vi en engagerad säljledare till våra avdelningar Non Food och Special. Som säljledare ansvarar du för att avdelningarna alltid är välfyllda, välfrontade och inspirerande. Du följer aktuella trender och arbetar aktivt med sortimentet för att våra kunder alltid ska erbjudas ett brett, djupt och prisvärt utbud. Du ligger steget före med nyheter och ser till att vi har rätt säsongsvaror vid rätt tidpunkt. Du är lyhörd för kundernas behov och bidrar till en hög servicenivå. I ARBETSUPPGIFTERNA INGÅR BLAND ANNAT Varuplock och frontning Inventering Inköp och beställning av varor Säljplanering Säkerställa att priser och prisskyltar är korrekta Egenkontroll Tillsammans med försäljningschef leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet Bidra till en god arbetsmiljö, arbetsglädje samt en trygg och säker arbetsplats Uppföljning av försäljning och andra relevanta nyckeltal Uppföljning och utveckling av sortimentet Vara först med nyheter och säkerställa rätt säsongsvaror VI SÖKER DIG SOM Du har minst två års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter och goda kunskaper i Min Butik. Du är glad, positiv och ödmjuk, sprider energi och bidrar till arbetsglädje. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med övriga säljledare och kollegor för att utveckla avdelningarna och skapa en inspirerande och säljande butik. Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo med kunden i fokus.
