Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som Säljorienterad bemanningsansvarig arbetar du operativt och affärsnära med ansvar för hela bemanningsprocessen - från behovsanalys till uppföljning. Du matchar konsulter mot kundernas behov och ansvarar för att utveckla och förvalta relationer med både konsulter och kunder. Du driver dina egna processer samtidigt som du samarbetar med kollegor kring leverans och affärsutveckling. Rollen är bred och ger dig möjlighet att successivt bygga upp din egen konsultbas och kundportfölj.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Matcha och tillsätta konsulter med lediga uppdrag utifrån kundernas behov

Bygga och utveckla relationer med kunder och konsulter

Ansvara för dialog, avtal och uppföljning

Driva och utveckla samarbeten med befintliga kunder

Säkerställa kvalitet i leveransen

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper Krav:

Erfarenhet från en roll där du arbetat med försäljning, kundrelationer eller andra resultatdrivna arbetsuppgifter.

God kommunikativ förmåga i svenska, i tal och skrift

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet från bemannings- eller konsultbranschen

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område
