Nu söker vi en Sales Executive som vill vara med och bygga HI tillsammans med oss. Om rollen Som Sales Executive blir du en av de viktigaste personerna i vår fortsatta tillväxt. Du ansvarar för att skapa nya affärer, bygga relationer med beslutsfattare och hjälpa kunder att förstå hur moderna assessments kan skapa bättre rekryteringar, starkare ledarskap och mer framgångsrika organisationer. Det här är en roll för dig som gillar att vara nära affären, som vill ha stort eget ansvar och som trivs i en miljö där mycket händer, beslutsvägar är korta och utvecklingen går snabbt. Du kommer att: ● Driva nykundsförsäljning från prospektering till signerat avtal ● Skapa relationer med HR-chefer, Talent Acquisition, rekryteringsföretag och ledningsgrupper ● Hålla kundmöten och produktdemonstrationer ● Bidra till att utveckla försäljningsarbetet i takt med att bolaget växer ● Arbeta nära grundare och ledning i ett entreprenöriellt team Vem är du? Vi tror att du är en person som kombinerar affärsmässighet med hög energi och ett starkt eget driv. Du har sannolikt erfarenhet av att sälja lösningar till HR, Talent Acquisition eller andra beslutsfattare inom människor, organisation och tillväxt. Kanske kommer du från HR Tech, rekrytering, assessments eller närliggande områden. Oavsett bakgrund har du byggt upp en förståelse för marknaden och ett nätverk som gör att du kan skapa förtroende och öppna dörrar. Du är van vid att skapa din egen framgång och trivs i miljöer där ambition, tempo och entreprenörsanda präglar vardagen. Vi tror att du: ● Har ett relevant nätverk inom HR, Talent Acquisition, rekrytering eller People & Culture ● Är van att skapa och driva din egen pipeline ● Bygger långsiktiga relationer och skapar förtroende hos beslutsfattare ● Trivs i miljöer där mycket händer snabbt och där alla bidrar ● Vill vara med och bygga något större än nästa kvartal Varför HI?
