Sales Manager Wanted for Juristkatalogen (Norway)

Build and lead a sales team. Juristkatalogen helps lawyers and legal professionals increase their visibility among potential clients through exclusive local listings, with a maximum of 10 profiles per area of law in each county.

The Role - Recruit, lead, and manage a team of three sales representatives. You will focus on managing the team rather than making sales yourself. - Report weekly to the owner on sales performance and results.

Commission & Compensation - New sales: 10% of the team's revenue from new sales. - Renewals: 5% of the annual subscription price (NOK 250 per renewal for customers acquired by your team). - Example: At the target of 80 subscriptions sold per 30-day period, the team generates NOK 400,000 in revenue, earning you NOK 40,000 in commission. With three sales representatives operating at full capacity and achieving 120 subscriptions, your commission increases to NOK 60,000 per 30-day period. - Working arrangement: Compensation is 100% commission-based, with no fixed salary or expense reimbursement. Remote work may be possible.

Performance Requirements - By day 14: Three active sales representatives. - By day 45: At least 40 subscriptions sold by the team in total. - From day 75 onwards: At least 80 subscriptions sold by the team per 30-day period. - From month 12 onwards: A minimum renewal rate of 70% among the team's customers.

Background & Tools - Experience leading sales teams to meet measurable targets, recruiting team members, and setting clear performance expectations. - Fluent Norwegian, both spoken and written. - Familiarity with Stripe, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
