Om tjänsten AcadeMedias gymnasieskolor söker en samordnande handläggare inom offentlighet och sekretess som vill bidra till en rättssäker och effektiv hantering av allmänna handlingar. Rollen är ny och inrättas mot bakgrund av att offentlighetsprincipen från och med den 1 januari 2027 ska tillämpas hos enskilda huvudmän inom skolväsendet. Du kommer att fungera som en verksamhetsnära stödfunktion till våra gymnasieskolor och stabsfunktioner. Du tar emot och samordnar utlämnandeärenden, ger stöd i frågor om offentlighet, sekretess, diarieföring och dokumenthantering samt bidrar till utveckling av rutiner och arbetssätt. Exempel på huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Diarieföra och registrera inkomna, upprättade och expedierade handlingar. Ta emot, handlägga och samordna begäranden om utlämnande av allmänna handlingar. Stödja skoladministratörer, rektorer, chefer och medarbetare i att söka fram och sammanställa efterfrågade handlingar. Samordna underlag när en begäran omfattar flera skolor, funktioner eller informationssystem samt följa upp att ärendet hanteras skyndsamt. Ge stöd vid sekretessprövningar enligt offentlighets- och sekretesslagen, utifrån organisationens ansvarsfördelning. Maskera sekretessbelagda uppgifter och förbereda underlag inför beslut om att helt eller delvis neka ett utlämnande, i enlighet med gällande delegation och ansvarsfördelning.

Om dig Vi söker dig som har relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis offentlig förvaltning, administration, juridik, arkiv- och informationsvetenskap eller annan utbildning som vi bedömer som likvärdig. Du har erfarenhet av kvalificerat administrativt arbete eller handläggning och god kunskap om offentlighetsprincipen, offentlighets- och sekretesslagen och offentlig verksamhet.
