ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som samordnare arbetar du nära chefsteamet och stöttar i det dagliga administrativa arbetet. Rollen är varierad och innebär stort ansvar för att skapa struktur och flöde i verksamheten.

Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat:

  • Schemaplanering och bemanning
  • Hantering och uppföljning av tidsredovisning
  • Ekonomiadministration, fakturor och beställningar
  • Kontakt med myndigheter och externa aktörer
  • Planering av möten och utbildningar
  • Hantering av inkommande ärenden och funktionsbrevlådor
  • Stöd till medarbetare i administrativa system
  • Rollen är dynamisk och kan utvecklas utifrån verksamhetens behov.

KVALIFIKATIONER Grundkrav för tjänsterna:

  • Gymnasial utbildning
  • Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift
  • God datorvana

Personliga egenskaper:

  • Strukturerad och noggrann
  • Serviceinriktad och lösningsfokuserad
  • Flexibel och ansvarstagande
  • En god samarbetspartner
  • Tydlig i din kommunikation

Meriterande kvalifikationer:

  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom vård och omsorg
  • Arbetat med schemaplanering eller bemanning
  • Erfarenhet av ekonomiadministration

Löneform: Månadslön. Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare, tillträde: snarast. Arbetstid: Dagtid.

I samband med intervju behöver du som kandidat uppvisa bevis om medborgarskap i Sverige/EU/EES eller giltigt arbets- uppehållstillstånd.
