Det här är en direktrekrytering, vilket innebär att du blir anställd hos vår kund.

Vi söker en SEM Specialist med 3–5 års erfarenhet till en snabbväxande performance marketing-byrå i Stockholm. Du får stort eget ansvar för kundernas Google Ads-konton och arbetar hela vägen från strategi och analys till implementation, testning och optimering. Fokus ligger främst på e-handel, men du kommer även att arbeta med B2B-kunder.

Om rollen

Du kommer bland annat att:

Planera, sätta upp och optimera Google Ads-kampanjer Arbeta med Search, Shopping och Performance Max Analysera data och identifiera nya tillväxtmöjligheter Arbeta med budstrategier, målgrupper, sökord och annonstexter Utveckla tracking och datakvalitet Presentera resultat och rekommendationer för kunder Samarbeta med SEO- och Paid Social-specialister

Det här är inte en roll för dig som bara vill förvalta konton. Vi söker dig som vill förstå affären, testa nya idéer och driva resultaten framåt.

Vi söker dig som:

Har 3–5 års erfarenhet av SEM Har konkret erfarenhet av Google Ads inom e-handel – ett krav Har arbetat på byrå eller inhouse Är van att optimera mot affärsmål och KPI:er Är analytisk, självgående och nyfiken Har erfarenhet av GA4/GTM och tracking Har erfarenhet av Paid Social - meriterande

Vi vill se dina resultat:

Redan i första intervjun vill vi att du kan visa konkreta case och siffror från din tidigare erfarenhet. Du ska kunna beskriva exempelvis:

E-handel: Vilka kunder har du arbetat med? Vilket Adspend hade de? Hur mycket försäljning genererade annonseringen och vilken POAS/ROAS nådde ni? B2B/B2C: Vilka case har du? Vilka absoluta resultat skapade du och vad gjorde du själv för att nå dem?

Vi vill alltså hellre höra: "500 000 kr i Adspend → 2,5 MSEK i försäljning → POAS 5,0" än "vi ökade försäljningen med 40 %."

Vi kommer även att fråga om:

Google Analytics / Matomo Konverteringsspårning Kunddialog Antal kunder du hanterat parallellt Kundernas storlek och Adspend
