Vill du ta AI-lösningar från idé till säker och skalbar produktion? Vi söker en senior AI Engineer med kompetens på arkitektnivå och fokus på Microsoft Foundry. Rollen passar dig som kombinerar djup teknisk förståelse med förmågan att omsätta verksamhetsbehov till lösningar som skapar konkret nytta. Om rollen Du ansvarar för arkitektur och tekniskt genomförande av AI-lösningar på Microsofts plattform. Du arbetar genom hela livscykeln – från behovsanalys och teknikval till utveckling, utvärdering, driftsättning och vidareutveckling. Det är en praktisk arkitektroll där du både fattar övergripande designbeslut och själv utvecklar kod. Du vägleder andra utvecklare och förklarar tekniska vägval för såväl verksamhet som IT. Dina arbetsuppgifter • Utforma lösningsarkitektur för AI-applikationer och agenter med Microsoft Foundry och Azure. • Utveckla lösningar med språkmodeller, RAG, verktygsanrop och integrationer mot verksamhetssystem. • Utforma informationsflöden, sökindex och behörighetsstyrd åtkomst till verksamhetsdata. • Säkerställa kvalitet genom systematisk utvärdering av svar, agentbeteenden och modellval. • Bygga in säkerhet och dataskydd samt hantera risker som promptinjektion och obehörig informationsåtkomst. • Etablera arbetssätt för versionshantering, automatiserad driftsättning, övervakning och kostnadsuppföljning. • Leda tekniska workshops, dokumentera arkitekturbeslut och stötta kollegor i implementationen. Vi söker dig som • Har gedigen erfarenhet av systemutveckling och lösningsarkitektur i Azure. • Har praktisk erfarenhet av Microsoft Foundry eller Azure AI Foundry och av att utveckla lösningar med stora språkmodeller. • Har tagit AI-lösningar till produktion och förstår kraven på tillförlitlighet, prestanda och förvaltning. • Är trygg i Python och/eller C# samt API-utveckling och integrationer. • Har erfarenhet av RAG, vektorsökning och söktjänster, exempelvis Azure AI Search. • Förstår identitet, behörigheter, nätverk och hemlighetshantering i Azure. • Kan väga verksamhetsnytta mot teknisk komplexitet, kostnad och risk. • Kommunicerar tydligt på svenska och engelska. Meriterande Erfarenhet av agentbaserade arbetsflöden, MCP, infrastrukturskod med Bicep eller Terraform samt integrationer med Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio eller Power Platform. Även erfarenhet av AI-styrning och arbete i verksamheter med höga säkerhetskrav är värdefull. Som person Du är analytisk, nyfiken och pragmatisk. Du tar ansvar för helheten, delar med dig av din kunskap och vet när en enklare lösning är rätt val. Framför allt vill du bygga AI som fungerar i vardagen och går att förvalta över tid.
