Senior Business Analyst / Initiative Driver Reqcon söker en erfaren Business Analyst / Initiative Driver till ett verksamhetskritiskt IT-uppdrag med fokus på kravhantering, projektledning och komplex IT-infrastruktur. Rollen kombinerar ansvar som Business Analyst och projektledare, där tyngdpunkten mellan områdena kan variera beroende på initiativets behov. Du kommer att arbeta nära både verksamhet, arkitekter och tekniska specialistfunktioner och ha en viktig roll i att skapa struktur, tydlighet och framdrift. Om rollen Som Business Analyst / Initiative Driver ansvarar du för att identifiera och analysera verksamhetens behov och omsätta dem till tydliga, verifierbara och spårbara krav. Du driver samtidigt aktiviteter och initiativ framåt genom planering, koordinering, riskhantering och uppföljning. Rollen passar dig som är trygg i gränslandet mellan verksamhet och teknik och som kan växla mellan detaljerat kravarbete och ett mer övergripande projektledningsperspektiv. Du kommer bland annat att:

Identifiera, analysera och omsätta verksamhetens behov till tydliga och verifierbara krav

Säkerställa spårbarhet och kvalitet i kraven genom hela leveransen

Planera och leda workshops med verksamhet, arkitekter och tekniska specialister

Driva kravarbete från tidigt behov till verifierbar leverans

Arbeta med ackrediteringsrelaterade aktiviteter och tillhörande krav

Planera, koordinera och följa upp aktiviteter inom projekt och initiativ

Hantera beroenden, risker och intressenter

Säkerställa framdrift i komplexa IT-initiativ

Ansvara för dokumentation, statusrapportering och uppföljning

Vi söker dig som har Cirka 9–12 års relevant erfarenhet och motsvarar kompetensnivå 4

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av både kravhantering och projektledning

Erfarenhet från IT-infrastrukturmiljöer

Erfarenhet som Business Analyst

Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära både verksamhet och tekniska specialistfunktioner

Erfarenhet av att leda workshops

Erfarenhet av att driva kravarbete från behov till verifierbar leverans

Vana att koordinera aktiviteter och säkerställa framdrift i komplexa IT-initiativ

Kunskap inom ackreditering

Du är strukturerad och analytisk, men samtidigt drivande och van att få olika intressenter att arbeta mot samma mål. Du är trygg i dialogen med både verksamhet och tekniska experter och kan översätta behov, krav och tekniska förutsättningar till tydliga aktiviteter och beslutsunderlag. Du trivs i roller där du behöver kombinera analys, kravhantering, koordinering och projektledning och där förutsättningar och prioriteringar kan förändras över tid.
