Led IT-leverans och migrering i en komplex HR-transformation med ansvar för integrationer, test, driftsättning och samordning mellan verksamhet och IT. Vill du leda ett centralt leveransspår i en omfattande HR-transformation? Här får du driva arbetet från planering till införande och säkerställa att integrationer, migrering, test och övergång till förvaltning håller hög kvalitet. Om rollen Leda och samordna spåret för IT-leverans och migrering. Säkerställa framdrift i en komplex transformation med flera parallella initiativ. Skapa struktur, transparens och tydliga prioriteringar mellan verksamhet, IT och externa leverantörer. Arbeta både strategiskt och operativt med analys, förbättringsarbete och leveransstyrning.

Det här kommer du göra Planera och koordinera systemimplementationer, integrationer och datamigrering. Driva testarbete inom exempelvis SIT, UAT och integrationstest. Ansvara för cutover, go-live och överlämning till förvaltning. Hantera risker, beroenden, avvikelser och eskaleringar. Säkerställa spårbarhet mellan krav, test och leverans samt löpande rapportering.

Vi söker dig som har Minst fem års erfarenhet som senior business analyst, systemanalytiker, IT delivery lead eller migration lead. Erfarenhet av komplexa IT-implementationer eller transformationsprogram. Erfarenhet av att koordinera datamigreringar, integrationer och testaktiviteter. Förmåga att samverka med tvärfunktionella team, intressenter och leverantörer. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.

Teknik & Verktyg Datamigrering och datakvalitet. Integrationshantering och testledning. SIT, UAT och integrationstest. HR-plattformar som SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Aditro eller liknande. Meriterande med erfarenhet av ERP- eller lönesystem samt parallelltestning.
