Driv finansiell styrning inom utveckling av framtidens batteri- och laddlösningar hos en internationell aktör inom hållbara transporter. Vill du kombinera ekonomi, teknik och affärsstyrning i utvecklingen av framtidens hållbara transporter? Här får du en central roll som finansiell partner till ledare inom forskning och utveckling av batteri- och laddlösningar. Du arbetar i en internationell miljö där controlling utvecklas tillsammans med verksamhetens arbetssätt, system och processer. Om rollen Arbeta som Business Partner till ledare inom forskning och utveckling. Stödja strategiska beslut inom batteri- och laddteknik genom finansiella insikter. Bidra till utvecklingen av framtida modeller för ekonomistyrning. Samarbeta med globala lednings- och ekonomifunktioner.

Det här kommer du göra Ansvara för finansiell planering, budgetering och prognostisering. Ta fram analyser, affärscase och scenariobedömningar. Följa upp KPI:er samt skapa rapporter och beslutsunderlag. Utveckla processer, metoder och verktyg inom controlling. Presentera finansiella slutsatser för verksamhet och ledning.

Vi söker dig som har Högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi, företagsekonomi, industriell ekonomi eller liknande. Minst 3–5 års erfarenhet av Business Controlling. Förmåga att omvandla finansiell data till konkreta rekommendationer. Erfarenhet av att samarbeta med seniora intressenter i komplexa organisationer. Intresse för elektrifiering, batteriteknik och transportindustrins omställning.

Teknik & Verktyg Avancerad användning av Excel. Analys och visualisering i Power BI. Presentationer och beslutsmaterial i PowerPoint. Erfarenhet av SAP är meriterande.
