Vill du arbeta brett med redovisning i en verksamhet inom resebranschen? Nu söker vi en senior och självgående ekonomiassistent till vår kund i Stockholm. Du får en viktig roll i företaget och arbetar med löpande redovisning, avstämningar, rapportering och bokslut. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen arbetar du självständigt med redovisning och ekonomiadministration. Du är själv på ekonomiavdelningen i Sverige och har kollegor i de andra nordiska länderna. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat:

Löpande bokföring

Kund- och leverantörsreskontra

Fakturering, attest och betalningar

Avstämningar av bankkonton och periodiseringar

Moms- och skattedeklarationer

Reseräkningar och utlägg

Rapportering och analys

Kontakter med kunder, leverantörer och andra externa parter

Diverse kontorsadministration såsom posthantering och inköp

Vi söker dig som

Har eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.

Minst fem års erfarenhet av kvalificerat redovisningsarbete.

Är självständig i löpande bokföring, reskontra, avstämningar, moms, och skatt.

Har god förståelse för ekonomiska flöden och redovisningsprinciper.

Har mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och stor erfarenhet av att arbeta i ekonomisystem.

Har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system och arbetsprocesser.

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och har kunskaper i något annat nordiskt språk.

Vem är du? För att passa bra i rollen är du noggrann, strukturerad och självgående. Du tar stort ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och driver dem framåt med hög kvalitet. Du har ett analytiskt arbetssätt och trivs med att arbeta både operativt och räds inte att hugga i där det behövs. Som person är du prestigelös, lösningsorienterad och självständig.
