Vi söker en erfaren och självgående inköpare/upphandlare till ett kvalificerat konsultuppdrag i en stor och komplex offentlig verksamhet. Här får du en central roll med många kontaktytor och möjlighet att bidra med din kompetens inom offentlig upphandling, inköp och avtalsfrågor. Uppdraget passar dig som trivs med att kombinera operativt upphandlingsarbete med rådgivning och verksamhetsstöd och som är trygg i att självständigt driva processer framåt. Om uppdraget Som inköpare kommer du att stötta verksamheten genom hela eller delar av inköps- och upphandlingsprocessen. Du arbetar nära verksamhetens olika delar och fungerar som ett kvalificerat stöd i frågor som rör bland annat direktupphandlingar, förnyade konkurrensutsättningar, avtal och offentlig upphandling. I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

leda och stötta verksamheten vid direktupphandlingar

leda och stötta vid förnyade konkurrensutsättningar

vid behov leda och genomföra upphandlingar

ge kvalificerat stöd i avtals- och ramavtalsfrågor

bidra med kompetens kring tolkning av avtalsvillkor

samla in och kvalitetssäkra underlag inför inköps- och upphandlingsärenden

utbilda och vägleda verksamheten inom inköpsområdet

kommunicera hur inköpsfunktionen kan stötta verksamheten

bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt, rutiner och processer.

Du blir en del av en kompetent inköpsmiljö där samarbete, kunskapsutbyte och utveckling är viktiga delar av vardagen. Vi söker dig som Har gedigen erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling och är van att arbeta självständigt genom upphandlingsprocessens olika delar. Du är konsultativ i ditt arbetssätt, pedagogisk i dialogen med verksamheten och har förmåga att omsätta regelverk och avtal till praktiska lösningar. För uppdraget behöver du ha:

relevant akademisk examen, exempelvis inom ekonomi, juridik, teknik eller beteendevetenskap, alternativt relevant inköpsinriktad YH-utbildning eller motsvarande

minst fem års erfarenhet som upphandlare under de senaste sju åren

erfarenhet av aktuella upphandlingsverktyg, exempelvis Tendsign eller E-avrop

genomfört minst tio upphandlingar

hög kunskap om LOU/LUF och upphandlingsprocessen

deltagit i minst två upphandlingar enligt LOU och/eller LUF under de senaste tre åren.

Det är särskilt meriterande om du har erfarenhet av entreprenadupphandlingar inom offentlig sektor och/eller IT-relaterade upphandlingar inom offentlig sektor. Omfattning och tid Start: 2026-10-25 Slut: 2027-10-24 Det faktiska startdatumet kan flyttas fram vid behov och då gäller avtalstiden från det datumet och 1 år framåt. Förlängningsoptioner: Beställaren har möjlighet att med befintliga kontraktsvillkor förlänga kontraktstiden med ytterligare 1 år Uppdragets omfattning: 39 timmar per vecka Vem är du? För att lyckas i uppdraget tror vi att du är en trygg upphandlare som snabbt kan sätta dig in i nya behov och skapa förtroende hos olika delar av en organisation. Du gillar att ta ansvar, driva frågor framåt och samtidigt fungera som rådgivare och bollplank. Du uppskattar en roll med många kontaktytor och är van att kommunicera upphandlingsfrågor på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt även till personer som inte själva arbetar med inköp. Intresserad?
