Vi söker en senior IT Business Analyst som vill förena verksamhet och IT samt stärka agila team i förändringsinitiativ. Vill du ha en nyckelroll i gränslandet mellan verksamhet och IT? Som senior IT Business Analyst bidrar du till att omvandla behov till tydliga lösningar och stärker leveransen i agila team. Rollen passar dig som kombinerar strukturerad analys med förmågan att skapa samsyn mellan olika intressenter. Om rollen Arbeta i en komplex verksamhet med fokus på verksamhetsnära IT-utveckling. Vara länken mellan verksamhet, produktägare, projektledning och utvecklingsteam. Driva förbättringsinitiativ från nuläge till framtida arbetssätt. Stötta agila leveransteam som Scrum Master vid behov.

Det här kommer du göra Samla in, analysera, förtydliga och dokumentera verksamhets- och IT-krav. Planera och facilitera workshops för att skapa gemensam förståelse. Dokumentera nuläge och målläge samt gap och förbättringsmöjligheter. Översätta verksamhetsbehov till tekniska krav och förklara teknik ur ett verksamhetsperspektiv. Facilitera Scrum-ceremonier såsom sprintplanering, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews och retrospektiv.

Vi söker dig som har Erfarenhet som IT Business Analyst eller i en liknande roll med fokus på kravarbete. Erfarenhet av kravinsamling, kravhantering och dokumentation. Vana av workshopledning och intressenthantering. Erfarenhet av processanalys och arbete med nuläge och målläge. Erfarenhet som Scrum Master eller av att facilitera agila team.

Teknik & Verktyg Scrum och agila arbetssätt. Kravhantering och processmodellering. SAP S/4HANA är meriterande. MES-system och PISA-modellen är meriterande. Erfarenhet av IT i tillverknings- eller produktionsmiljö är en fördel.
