Vi söker nu en erfaren IT-projektledare på nivå 4 till ett kvalificerat AI-initiativ i Stockholm. Uppdraget passar dig som har lång erfarenhet av att leda tekniska IT-projekt och som har god förståelse för AI, generativ AI och datadrivna lösningar. Du kommer att leda arbetet från idé och verksamhetsbehov till en fungerande och långsiktigt hållbar operationsförmåga och fungera som länken mellan verksamhet, IT, arkitektur, informationssäkerhet och andra specialistfunktioner. Om uppdraget Som IT-projektledare ansvarar du för att planera, koordinera och driva ett AI-projekt från kravställning och utveckling till införande i operation. En central del av rollen är att omsätta verksamhetens behov till tydliga krav, aktiviteter och leveranser samt skapa effektiv samverkan mellan olika tekniska och verksamhetsnära kompetenser. Du kommer även att arbeta med frågor kring regulatoriska krav, compliance och AI governance och bidra till att etablera de processer och förmågor som krävs för att AI-lösningar ska kunna förvaltas och användas säkert över tid. Arbetsuppgifter Leda och koordinera tekniska AI- och IT-initiativ Driva projektet från idé, behov och krav till införande och operation Omsätta verksamhetsbehov till tydliga krav, aktiviteter och leveranser Samordna verksamhet, IT-specialister, arkitekter och informationssäkerhet Säkerställa struktur, framdrift och kvalitet i projektets leveranser Hantera risker, beroenden och prioriteringar Driva frågor kopplade till compliance och AI governance Bidra till etablering av långsiktig operationsförmåga för AI Utveckla arbetssätt för förvaltning, övervakning och incidenthantering Bidra till processer för livscykelhantering och säkerhet Säkerställa att AI-lösningar kan övergå från projekt till stabil och kontrollerad drift Kommunicera komplexa tekniska frågor på ett tydligt och verksamhetsnära sätt

Obligatoriska krav Vi söker dig som: Uppfyller kompetensnivå 4, vilket normalt innebär cirka 9–12 års erfarenhet inom aktuellt område Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda tekniska IT-projekt Har god förståelse för AI Har god förståelse för generativ AI Har erfarenhet av eller god förståelse för datadrivna lösningar Är van att koordinera flera olika kompetenser och intressenter Kan skapa struktur och framdrift i tekniskt komplexa initiativ Kan göra komplexa tekniska frågor begripliga och driva beslut framåt

Du behöver inte vara den djupaste AI-specialisten i projektet, men du behöver förstå området tillräckligt väl för att kunna ställa rätt frågor, identifiera beroenden och leda arbetet mot en säker och användbar lösning. Meriterande Det är särskilt meriterande om du har: Erfarenhet av AI-projekt i större organisationer Erfarenhet av att etablera AI/MLOps eller motsvarande operationsförmåga Erfarenhet av informationssäkerhet Erfarenhet av AI governance Erfarenhet från regulatoriskt styrda verksamheter Erfarenhet från teknikintensiv verksamhet
