Rollen Vi söker en senior IT-projektledare med erfarenhet av ERP- och/eller CRM-system som vill driva komplexa IT-projekt från idé och behovsanalys till implementation och etablering i verksamheten. I rollen arbetar du med att planera, leda och styra projektets genomförande med fokus på tid, kvalitet, kostnad och resultat. Du arbetar nära verksamheten, IT, leverantörer och andra intressenter och säkerställer att projektets mål och leveranser uppnås. Du kommer bland annat att:

Leda ERP- och/eller CRM-relaterade projekt från förstudie och behovsanalys till implementation och införande.

Ansvara för projektplan, tidplan, budget, risker, beroenden och uppföljning.

Leda och koordinera projektteam och involverade verksamhets- och IT-funktioner.

Driva kravinsamling, behovsanalys och prioritering tillsammans med verksamheten.

Säkerställa samordning mellan verksamhet, IT och externa leverantörer.

Hantera komplexa beroenden, integrationer och förändringar under projektets gång.

Rapportera status, risker, ekonomi och avvikelser till styrgrupp och andra beslutsfattare.

Bidra till att nya system och arbetssätt förankras och etableras i verksamheten. Erfarenhet

Minst 10 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom IT.

Erfarenhet av att driva projekt inom ERP- och/eller CRM-system.

Erfarenhet av systemimplementation, systembyte eller utveckling av ERP- och CRM-lösningar.

Erfarenhet av kravinsamling, behovsanalys och processutveckling.

God förståelse för IT-system, integrationer och digitala processer.

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet.

Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och verksamhetsutveckling.

Erfarenhet från större organisationer eller komplexa IT-miljöer.

Certifiering eller utbildning inom projektledning.
