Om rollen Företaget söker en senior IT-säkerhetsspecialist där säkerhet är huvudspåret, med tydligt fokus på att få saker gjorda tillsammans med utvecklingsteamen. Rollen handlar om att ta emot säkerhetsfynd (från scanning, granskningar, incidenter eller externa rapporter), översätta dem till konkreta åtgärder för utvecklingsteamet och driva att rätt saker faktiskt blir åtgärdade. Personen kommer normalt inte att skriva kod, men behöver förstå utvecklares verklighet och kunna prata samma språk som teamen. Profilen behöver ha en pragmatisk och riskbaserad approach, inte se säkerhet som svart eller vitt, och inte bara peka på risker. Det krävs ett helhetsperspektiv, förstå vad som är viktigast att skydda (”kronjuvelerna”) och kunna prioritera åtgärder som ger bäst effekt utifrån verksamhet och teknisk verklighet. Bakgrund från pentest eller offensiv säkerhet är meriterande, särskilt vana vid sårbarheter, root cause och riskreducering. Vad du kommer att göra Incidenthantering, inklusive att gräva i loggar och göra tekniska bedömningar Snabba beslut och rekommendationer, till exempel om något behöver stängas av eller begränsas Vara en “second opinion” i säkerhetsfrågor och vid osäkerhet Stötta teamens utveckling och skapa utrymme för att folk kan växa i säkerhetsarbetet

Vad vi letar efter Senior IT-säkerhetsspecialist med fokus på att samarbeta med utvecklingsteam. Förmåga att översätta säkerhetsfynd till konkreta åtgärder och driva att de blir åtgärdade. Förstå utvecklares verklighet och kunna prata deras språk. Pragmatisk och riskbaserad approach till säkerhet. Helhetsperspektiv och förmåga att prioritera åtgärder utifrån verksamhetsnytta och teknisk verklighet. Erfarenhet från incidenthantering, inklusive logganalys och tekniska bedömningar. Förmåga att ge snabba beslut och rekommendationer vid säkerhetsfrågor.
