Vill du driva komplexa IT-upphandlingar från behov till färdigt avtal? Vi söker en erfaren och självgående IT-upphandlare för ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag inom offentlig verksamhet. Här får du en central roll i att genomföra IT-upphandlingar av varierande komplexitet och arbeta nära både verksamhet, IT och inköp. 📋 Om uppdraget Som IT-upphandlare ansvarar du självständigt för hela upphandlingsprocessen – från förberedelse och marknadsanalys till upphandlingsdokumentation, anbudsutvärdering, färdigt avtal och arkivering. Uppdraget omfattar flera IT-upphandlingar av varierande komplexitet. Fokus ligger på att skapa långsiktigt hållbara affärer med rätt kvalitet och totalkostnad samtidigt som risker hanteras och upphandlingarna genomförs korrekt enligt gällande upphandlingslagstiftning. Du arbetar i nära samarbete med beställare och olika funktioner inom bland annat IT och inköp. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Självständigt planera och genomföra IT-upphandlingar av varierande komplexitet

Genomföra marknadsanalyser

Ta fram upphandlingsdokumentation och relevanta underlag

Hantera anbud och genomföra utvärderingar

Driva processen fram till färdigt avtal

Säkerställa korrekt dokumentation och arkivering

Samarbeta med beställare, IT, inköp och andra berörda funktioner

Arbeta enligt gällande upphandlingslagstiftning, interna processer, rutiner och styrande dokument

Bidra till hållbara upphandlingar med fokus på kvalitet, totalkostnad och minimerad risk

🔎 Vi söker dig som Har gedigen erfarenhet av att genomföra IT-upphandlingar av varierande komplexitet

Har hög kompetens inom IT-upphandlingsområdet

Självständigt kan driva en upphandling genom hela processen

Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i olika marknadsledande upphandlingsverktyg

Är van vid att arbeta utifrån befintliga IT-avtal, processer, mallar och styrande dokument

Kan använda digitala samarbetsverktyg och distansöverbryggande teknik

Kan styrka din erfarenhet med minst två relevanta referensuppdrag inom IT-upphandling från de senaste fem åren

Meriterande Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av upphandlingsverktyget e-source/Clira. För att lyckas i rollen Vi tror att du är självgående och trygg i din kompetens samt har lätt för att driva ditt arbete framåt. Du är kommunikativ, har mycket god social förmåga och trivs med att samarbeta med olika yrkesgrupper och intressenter. 📌 Referensuppdrag För uppdraget behöver du kunna ange minst två relevanta referensuppdrag inom IT-upphandling som genomförts under de senaste fem åren. Referenserna ska kunna styrka uppdragens genomförande och resultat.
