Senior kravanalytiker till Polismyndigheten Vill du arbeta med kravanalys i en samhällsviktig verksamhet och vara med och utveckla digitala lösningar inom Polismyndigheten? Vi söker nu en senior kravanalytiker till ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag inom produktområdet Lagföring. Om uppdraget Du blir en del av ett tvärfunktionellt team med utvecklare, testare och uppdragsledare som arbetar med både nyutveckling och förvaltning. Som kravanalytiker har du ett självständigt ansvar för att samla in, analysera och strukturera verksamhetens behov och omsätta dem till tydliga, genomförbara och verifierbara krav. Du kommer bland annat att:

Självständigt driva kravarbetet från behovsinsamling och analys till utveckling, verifiering och färdig lösning

Planera och leda workshops, behovsmöten och andra kravaktiviteter

Genomföra behovs-, process- och verksamhetsanalyser

Ta fram och samordna funktionella och icke-funktionella krav

Delta aktivt i lösningsdiskussioner tillsammans med verksamhet och IT

Dokumentera analyser, beslut och krav samt hantera ärenden i Jira

Driva frågor, aktiviteter och beroenden framåt genom utvecklingsprocessen

Etablera och driva forum för dialog mellan verksamhet och IT

Stödja och coacha mindre erfarna kollegor inom kravområdet

Kan ange ett relevant referensuppdrag som styrker din erfarenhet av att självständigt driva och samordna kravarbete i komplexa utvecklingsuppdrag.

En del av arbetet sker inom utvecklingsteamet för ATK, automatisk trafiksäkerhetskontroll, där befintliga systemlösningar moderniseras och flyttas till webbgränssnitt samtidigt som nya funktioner och arbetsprocesser utvecklas. Vi söker dig som Har minst 10 års dokumenterad erfarenhet som kravanalytiker eller motsvarande roll, förvärvad under de senaste 15 åren

Har minst 6 års erfarenhet av att självständigt driva och samordna kravarbete från behovsinsamling och analys till utveckling, verifiering och färdig lösning

Har erfarenhet av att självständigt planera, leda och samordna kravaktiviteter i komplexa utvecklingsuppdrag

Har erfarenhet av kravarbete i agila utvecklingsmiljöer

Har mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift

Är självgående, strukturerad och van att skapa framdrift i komplexa frågor

Meriterande Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

UX och användarcentrerad utveckling

IT-relaterat arbete inom större statlig myndighet

Att coacha eller vara mentor åt mindre erfarna medarbetare inom kravområdet

Jira och Confluence i utvecklings- och kravarbete
