The posting

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead our App Pod in the Product Team: the cross-functional team of designers, engineers and testers who build the in-app experience of the Natural Cycles° app. You'll own the pod's roadmap and day-to-day delivery, turning health data, from devices and user input, into clinically grounded features that help women understand their bodies across their whole reproductive health journey. You understand how the product works under the hood, care deeply about the user and about quality, and bring the team along with clear priorities. You use AI every day to work smarter and keep challenging how we work, while your own thinking and judgment stay in charge. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden. What you will be doing

Own the App Pod's roadmap: plan a few quarters ahead, sequence work around dependencies, and keep it achievable

Lead and grow the pod: sprint planning, backlog, releases and clear priorities for designers, engineers and testers, with people management of team members as the role grows

Shape features with design from problem to scope, and bring in engineering and QA at the right moment for feasibility and testing

Build on health data, from what we have today (measuring devices, what users log) to new sources we may add: understand how data flows through our systems and the algorithm, and turn it into clinically grounded features that support women across their whole reproductive health journey

Prioritize by user value and hold a high quality bar for what we ship

Work closely with customer support, one of your most important partners: use their insights to find user pain points, and make sure they're ready for every release. Work with other partner teams too, such as data science, platform, regulatory and marketing, to deliver and launch features

Work with user research and listen to user feedback to understand what users need

Drive the pod's key metrics, retention and user satisfaction, and build in-app features that support growth and user acquisition

Look at the data yourself: define success metrics, follow how features perform, and work with our product insights analyst on deeper analysis

Use AI every day to speed up your work (PRDs, tickets, analysis, operations) and help the pod work smarter with it

Challenge how we work and improve our processes, from discovery to release

Work within our regulated setting (FDA-cleared, CE-marked medical device), including documentation and risk management

What skills and experience we think you have

3+ years as a Product Manager in a tech company

Experience leading a cross-functional team of designers, developers and testers, and aligning partner teams around clear priorities

Experience owning a product roadmap and leading quarterly planning

Strong technical understanding: you can follow architecture and estimates, and explain how data moves through a product

Strong product sense and user focus: you prioritize by user value and care about quality and detail

Comfortable working with data: you look at metrics yourself and use them to make decisions

Daily use of AI in your work, and curiosity about using it in new ways

A track record of improving how a team works or launching something new, not just maintaining what exists

Based in Sweden, Stockholm preferred

Nice-to-have skills and experience

Experience in femtech, health or medical devices

Experience in a regulated setting (ISO 13485, FDA)

Experience with wearable or sensor data

Experience leading a large UX restructure of an app

A technical background (engineering, data, science)

What we offer

Flexible work arrangement - you will be part of a team based in and around Stockholm that values effective collaboration and transparent communication, irrespective of work location

Professional development - you will work alongside knowledgeable colleagues in the continuous growth and skill enhancement environment

Modern technology - you will leverage innovative technologies and tools, within an environment that empowers you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work

Impactful projects - you will contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine industry standards and create tangible value

Commitment to quality - you will join a dynamic and progressive organization that prioritizes profitable, long-term product development

How to apply To apply, just upload your CV and answer the questions on the application form. Keep in mind that we can't accept applications through email because of GDPR, and only applications submitted via the career site (and in English) will be considered. At Natural Cycles we value diversity and inclusion because we know that teams with people from different backgrounds and experiences are stronger. We welcome candidates from all walks of life and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates. Note: We are not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
